You probably won’t see any other photos from this angle because I actually climbed out through a tiny doorway onto the roof of the Old Post Office Pavilion in D.C. where some workers were replacing two skylight windows which were broken from people tossing change out of the tower. It was definitely not open to the public for obvious liability reasons, but with a camera in your hand and a press pass hanging around your neck you don’t get stopped very often. :)
