These are the uncropped versions of two images that ran in the Examiner the other day along with a review for the restaurant, Cedar, in downtown Washington, D.C. The first is of the chef, Andy Kitko, standing over his Wild Mushroom Stuffed Quail. The second shows the finishing touches being applied to a dish of Herb Crusted Pork Tenderloin.
