Today consisted of an almost 12-hour bus ride, so I hardly took any photos. These photos are from a couple days ago. This is my friend Murat Bektas who is a taxi driver based out of Boğazkale. A few of us met him while exploring the town and he generously bought the four of us tea and we talked for a while. We went back after dinner hang out with him and had a great evening, learning a lot about the Hittite ruins (he has worked for the archeologists for numerous summers), his life, and the Turkish culture.
