Happy Texas Independence Day to my fellow Texan readers! We had a great party tonight for all the students from Texas. Props to Chris for his fajita-cooking skills and my sister for her fresh-made guacamole! Oh, and the flag in the photo is actually a pillow my awesome mom gave me last year.

Unfortunately, I don't really use a recipe. I just throw salsa, garlic salt, lime, and cilantro in with avacado, but it's all by guess and by golly. Sorry that's probably not very helpful.
