About Me

I got my first camera a few months before going to college. Looking for an excuse to use it, I signed up as a freelance photographer for my college’s newspaper and from there quickly became one of the main photographers on campus, photographing for the newspaper, the yearbook, clubs and organizations, individuals, and the college itself. I’m experienced in journalistic photography as well as event photography including corporate, non-profit, and weddings. I especially love the challenge of environmental portraits and illustrative photography.

My work has appeared in numerous publications including The Washington ExaminerMilitary Health System ProfilesAmerican RiflemanLibertas Magazine, The Hillsdale Collegian, and the Hillsdale College Alumni Magazine.

I currently live in the San Francisco Bay Area and am available for weddings, portraits, events, editorial, journalistic, commercial, and non-profit photography. I have lighting gear, equipment and software to create 360 degree virtual tours, and fast wide-angle and telephoto lenses for any job.

I purchase my gear from, and highly recommend, Adorama and Amazon.
